Area55 is also characterized by its excellent location. It is located in the rapidly growing business and industrial park in St. Florian, right next to the A1 highway with nearby highway access. As there is no need to drive through residential areas, this allows unrestricted access. For easy delivery, separate delivery zones with 19 loading ramps and maneuvering areas for trucks have been set up.
If you are traveling by public transport, the train station in Asten is 4 km away. A public shuttle service between Area55 and the train station is being planned to make traveling by public transport a little more attractive.
If you arrive by car, there are of course parking spaces available for customers and employees on the premises. You can also charge your electric car with green energy at one of 12 e-charging stations.
