In addition to energy-efficient thermal insulation and LED lighting in all areas, there is a 14,000 m2 photovoltaic system with 2,400 kWp on the roof of Area55. This is not only a valuable contribution to the environment, but also has a positive impact on energy costs, which can be significantly reduced as a result. As a visual highlight, green natural zones have been created to serve as recreational areas for employees and customers.
Area55 initially offers 12 charging stations for electric cars and e-bikes, with a charging speed of up to 150 kW.
More than 100 parking spaces are available in Area55, some of which can also be rented.
Area55 is located in the rapidly growing business and industrial park in St. Florian, right next to the A1 highway with nearby highway access. As there is no need to drive through residential areas, this allows unrestricted access.
The train station in Asten, 4 km away, is best suited for this. To make traveling by public transport more attractive, a public shuttle service between Area55 and the train station is already being planned.
HNE Logistics, SKE Engineering, Grid Connect Solutions and the advertising agency creative minds are currently located in Area55. You can find out more about our tenants here.
Yes, there will be a restaurant where you can enjoy small snacks, a quick coffee or a healthy lunch menu.
There is a Spar and Billa supermarket in Asten just 1 km away. The Frunpark shopping center can be reached in 4.2 km.
As exercise is an essential factor for good health alongside a healthy diet, Area55 will also have a fitness studio with modern equipment.

Our fire protection and emergency precautions comply with the applicable official requirements and guarantee maximum safety.
You can customize your premises according to your wishes. However, we cannot refund any costs if you move out.
We attach great importance to waste separation and therefore have a separate area outside where waste can be disposed of separately.
