future-oriented thinking

In addition to modern architecture, particular attention was also paid to ecological construction. In addition to energy-efficient thermal insulation and LED lighting in all areas, there is a 14,000 m2 photovoltaic system with 2,400 kWp on the roof of Area55. This is not only a valuable contribution to the environment, but also has a positive impact on energy costs, which can be significantly reduced as a result.

As a visual highlight, green natural zones have been created that serve as recreational areas for employees and customers. For the time being, Area55 also offers 12 charging stations for electric cars and e-bikes with a charging speed of up to 150 kW.
